Kony Patka

FOUNDER/ SENIOR PARTNER / ARCHITECT
Kony Patka graduated from the School of Architecture of the University of Rome La Sapienza. Αs an Architect, Kony has been involved in many types of design projects, ranging from residential projects to hospitality, hotel, retail and offices.

She collaborated with Notos Com Holdings Group, one of the largest retail companies for branded clothing and cosmetics in Greece, where she was responsible for the design, organization, and construction supervision of the group’s entire network of stores in Greece and abroad. Prior to Notos Com, she was made partner in a well-known architectural office in Athens.

Kony is deeply passionate about creating spaces that evoke bold and meaningful experiences. She approaches each project on multiple levels- paying close attention to form, materiality, and detail, she creates spaces that feel personal and unique.

Eva Simitzi

ASSOCIATE ARCHITECT

Eva Simitzi studied architecture at the University of Patras, where she obtained her Diploma with Distinction. During her studies, she participated in various architectural workshops locally and internationally, while in Florence, Italy, studying under the Erasmus Program at the Università degli Studi Firenze.

She continued her studies at Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, UPC, in Barcelona, where she received her MBarch degree in architecture, focusing on Social Housing and the alteration of perspective on modern co-living in the cities. Eva’s thesis and research projects have been published in Greece and Spain.

Eva Simitzi is currently working as an Associate Architect at KP Architects. Prior to that, she gained experience as an architect at our office and at ISV architects, in Athens, working primarily on high end residential projects.

Eva is deeply passionate about a multidisciplinary approach to architecture, that identifies architecture as human-centered. Each project has a story to tell that merges the past, the present and the future reflecting as its memory, the clients’ needs and its sustainability.
