Apartment, Filothei

A 1970s apartment in Filothei was completely redesigned to meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of the new owners. The once fragmented apartment was redesigned so that the living areas could be unified into a single space with an unobstructed view to the outside.

The old fireplace in the living room, made of porolith, was remodeled and covered with white marble, while two oak bookcases framed the space on either side of the fireplace.

Particular emphasis was placed on the detail of the design and the selection of materials in all areas in order to give the apartment an image of discreet luxury.

The palette of materials is complemented by the precise design and installation of oak flooring in a herringbone pattern in all main areas.

In the kitchen, the glossy acrylic surface of the cabinet doors was harmoniously combined with the wooden panels of the vertical elements and the white matte tile countertop, while special emphasis was given to all the bathrooms, each of which has its own unique style.
