The site's location was a determining factor in the design, offering unobstructed views of the sea and the city of Athens from every floor.\t\t<\/h4>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc7f6bd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fc7f6bd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The project develops across three levels above the pilotis, each comprising two apartments of 120m2. A key design decision was to position the living spaces -living room and dining area- on the southeast side to take advantage of maximum natural light and optimal views of the
